Updates React Tutorial in Gitbooks to remove errors generated in Create React App (#500)

* Updated to import React, {Component} from 'react'

ReactJS Example is broken by:
```jsx
class App extends Component {
```

* moved react tap plugin to bottom of imports

ReactDOM isn't required, and generates error:
Import in body of module; reorder to top  import/first

* removed import ReactDOM from 'react-dom' from tut

ReactDOM isn't used in this example

* Fixed comments in JSX to js comments not html because it generates errors

* Added comment about importing multiple plugins

* removed commented bracket //}
