Do not reset NUMDISKS if RAIDLEVEL is not present (#901)

Currently if `RAIDLEVEL` is not set but `NUMDISKS` is , `NUMDISKS` is
reset to `1`. Thus preventing runs with e.g. `NUMDISKS=2`.
