[#738] AddCommandParser accepts invalid command format (#763)

AddCommandParser wrongly accepts an invalid command format in which the
preamble is not empty. e.g.

    add formattingProblem123 n/John Doe p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #2-25 t/friends

where "formattingProblem123" is an invalid argument without prefixes.

Fix the bug by adding a check to ensure that the preamble is not empty.
