AddCommandParser: add check to ensure preamble is empty

AddCommandParser accepts an invalid command format, in which the 
preamble is not empty. For instance an invalid command that is accepted 
would be, "add formattingProblem123 n/John Doe p/98765432 
e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #2-25 
t/friends" where "formattingProblem123" is an invalid argument without 
prefixes.

A check to ensure that the preamble is empty is more user-friendly as 
the user is notified of the invalid input.

Let's add a check to ensure that argMultimap.getPreamble() is empty.
