Update Unimpaired ]l and [l to support new SublimeLinter API

SublimeLinter uses Sublime Text build results which uses next_result and
prev_result commands. It doesn't work too well e.g. the jumps are not
based on cursor position. It also doesn't work under some conditions
e.g. conflicts with other build systems. There is no way to workaround
these issues.
