Add user creation and mailing list subscription (#41)

* Added ability to create a user with a post request

* Added post request support
Supports taking parameters as usual but puts them in the body

* Added support for new user creation

* Do now prints out the body of a non-200 request for debugging
This may make your life many times easier, or just fill up your console. Will change back if requested

* Added support for subscription to mailing lists

* Made changes requested on prq
woo, slowly beginning to understand Go
Still not quite there with pointers tho...

* Appease Codacy

* Just a tad more appeasement

* Added support for getting the list of colleges

* Change name of CreateNewUser for consistency
