add support for campaigns for apps (#41)

* refactor(example): remove DeprecationWarning

* feat(apps-campaigns): add endpoints for apps campaigns

Now that the API supports Campaigns for Apps, the client has to be updated to support these new endpoints.

* refactor(campaigns): reduce complexity by removing inheritance and duplicating code to enhance readability and uniformity
