Add support for documenting multiple instances of a method (#688)

* Make method_templates an array of dictionaries so we can add suffix information

* Pass suffix as a parameter to function templates

* Add default method templates info as array of dictionary

* Use suffix passes into method template

* Move method templates into folder with same name as file we are including them from

* Add logic for dependency on included templates

* Use suffix for generating list in session.rst

* Update generated files

* Change doc helper functions to take function dictionary, instead of name

* We need to add the extension (.py.mako or .rst.mako) as needed

* Move contents of get_function_rst into individual template files

* Needed because generating the documentation for regular and numpy are similar but not similar enough.

* Fix dependency

* Move get_function_rst back into Python shared code

* Use numpy type

* Go bacl to original test

* Generate docstrings based on numpy

* Update generated files

* Put config as the last positional argument

* Removed old URL

* Remove commented out assert

* Rename 'suffix' in method_templates to 'method_python_name_suffix'

* Need rst mako templates following new names

* Fix fgen functions_addons with new metadata format

* Update generated files

* Move template filename in to two values

* One is for session.py generation
* One is for documentation generation
This is so we can use a common template for documentation
