Commit Message

Changed signature of `ApInt::zero_resize`, `ApInt::strict_zero_resize`, `ApInt::sign_resize` and `ApInt::strict_sign_resize` to take `&mut self` instead of `&self` and return nothing instead of a copy. These methods now work inplace. Their `into_*` counterparts are relying on their implementation.
