* added feature to include template but not render

* added code

* fix: noparse and noteddy tests

* updated code to work for more tests, serverSideComment tests are failing

* added code to keep server side comments in templates with the noparse or noteddy flag

* refactored to check noparse flag in beginning of render function

* moved comment removal logic from compile function into render function

* updated README to reflect comment removal in render function, deleted white space, removed logic that removes first comment in dontParse flagged file

* changed regex in renderOneLineConditional function to include curly braces so variable is removed

* refactored noteddy and noparse regex into one regex, set it equal to dontParse, deleted noteddy and noparse variables

* Added unit tests to further test the no parsing template including. These tests pass the included not parsed template as an argument to another template

* refactored getAttribute function to get src of noparse include when passed into an include template as an argument

* refactored so multiple includes with noparse or noteddy tags are rendered

* changed variable to i and cached srcArray length

* refactored so teddy would render include templates without noteddy or noparse flag and print code in include templates with noteddy or noparse flag

* created two new tests, cleaned up teddy code
