Update ModuleNotFoundError test for py3.6

This is a test for an ImportError which was looking for the literal
string 'ImportError'. On py3.6, ModuleNotFoundError is introduced as a
subclass of ImportError, breaking this test. Simply use sys.version_info
to decide on which text to look for in the test.

Closes #375
