Add dataset preparation code for AusCopHub S2L1C data support (#316)

Included data preparation methods for detecting zip archive and indexing internal content - specifically targeting Australasian Copernicus Data Hub zip archives. Also updated data_type to include band name consistency with input L1C data and addition of a L1C Sentinel-2B data_type.

The code has been used to prepare over 280000 zip archives in the Copernicus data hub and have been ingested to a test instance. Paths / dataset locations have also been confirmed through example jupyter notebooks. A small catch here is the requirement for alpha versions of (rasterio 1.0a+) and supporting versions of GDAL (2.2+) to support the zip file dataset read (required for datacube operation and for successful indexing and creation of valid bounds within the preparation method).
