Commit Message

- Update version to 2.3.1-SNAPSHOT
- Update KafkaRpcPluginThread to allow for messages containing multiple datapoints
- Add Tests for Raw and Requeued messages to handle multiple datapoints

- Remove debug message statement
- Change exception logging to print whole exception in KafkaRpcPluginThread.run()

- Add datapointsReceived counter as messagesReceived may no longer reflect the number of datapoints received with multiple datapoints per message
