Componentizes location sidebar

- Moves text and icon text block to a stylesheet component.
- Moves text with an annotation below it to a stylesheet component.
- Removes unnecessary code comments from beginning of component
stylesheets.
- Converts `emails` field into `email` and converts `urls` field into
`website` (Fixes #677)
- Adds a website field partial.
- Removes services’ and organization details website and email code and
partials and instead uses the same partials used by the location
sidebar.
- Shortens location tests text by removing “info” in `it` statement.
- Renames url_formatting_spec to website_formatting_spec, to reflect
the correct name of API field that is dynamically updated.
- Sets hours tests to pending till

addressed.
- Updates tests with latest sample data.
- Updates cassettes.
- Fixes unnecessary indenting on organization details header and on
location sidebar section contents.
- Adds hand cursor for character-limited text more/less link.
