auto remove first delimiter(comma)  (#78)

* auto remove first comma

* When generating a SQL, if a comma appears immediately after each of the following phrases, it is removed
- SELECT
- GROUP BY
- ORDER BY
- SET
- (

* add comment pattern

* fix regex
- group by -> group\s+by
- order by -> order\s+by
