  Fix tileset being loaded in test application.
  Load the tileset into a separate instance
  Fix accessing tileset data before its loaded.
  Load tileset after loading the game data, not upon program start.

  Encapsulate SDL_Texture even more:
  Store SDL_Texture used for tile values as separate type.
