Commit Message

Fixed a bug in ApInt::repeat_digit that caused it to fail always. Since ApInt::into_truncate returns an error on equal bit-widths. ApInt::repeat_digit now checks for this case. It has yet to be decided wehether the error case of ApInt::into_truncate is useful or just bad design.
