Automatically choose media files as thumbnail for Audio and Video works

This commit finishes work on the transcription selection UI by
changing the `Audio` and `Video` forms to choose the first file
that has a specified media mime/type as the thumbnail and representative
for a work, not a transcript file.

Closes #635
