version 0.11.0 due to breaking API changes in:
- isUndefined and isNotUndefined and moving some tests from Obj to Test
- Util.proxyFn does no longer have a forth parameter. Passing a class will acomplish the same.

Added optional startIndex argument to Arr.forEach, List.forEach, SortedList.forEach

Moved Obj.isNullOrUndefined, isNotNullOrUndefined, isUndefined, isNotUndefined to Test
Made isNullOrUndefined etc work with a single argument for performance reasons.
Created areNullOrUndefined etc for multi argument situations.

Added compiled dist files if someone wants to just copy them or ref GitRaw.
