Update `redis-activesupport`

`redis-store`, `<=1.3.0` has a vulnerability that allowed unsafe objects to be
loaded from redis. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2017-1000248

We update `redis-activesupport` which bumps the vulnerable dependency into safe
territory.
