Tracing layer: remove accidentally added redraw() override

The tracing layer had already the correct redraw() method defined. For
some reason the override removed in this comment slipped in and broke
the redrawing by ignoring the callback parameters, which made all
actions following the redraw never execute (e.g. selecting a node). This
is fixed now.
