40 media card component (#133)

* initial card wrapper component

* flushed out basic card wrapper to nail down design styles. this may be deleted as more robust future card components get built.

* updated tests for CardWrapper to render children and fix overflow bug.

* WIP media card

* updating the default mapping function for withTheme to return the theme object directly.

* componentizing media card component

* adding like button to media card

* adjusted padding for better tappable area on like button

* updated test coverage

* updated title text to use title case
added card margins to space out cards in feed view while accounting to android quirks
attempted to get card image to be fluid. not happy with how this turned out.

* dropping the MediaCard component into FeedView for first peek how cards layout with data.
had to add conditions to handle missing data

* kind of a convoluted way to get the right text color in the right place but it worked.

* updated handling of isLight prop. Not my favorite but much better. @conrad-vanl I would like to find a way where the component can still have default values so it's not dependent on the isLight prop.

* updated MediaCard to accept isLiked prop.
Added stories for the various MediaCard states.
Updated tests to cover all necessary MediaCard props.

* updated tests and snapshots for FeedView

* Rename MediaCard -> FeedItemCard

* add a <ConnectedImage> comp to handle images from heighliner

* initial work on theme overriding

* fix merge conflict issue
