Restore existing espresso tests.  (#381)

* Upgraded buildTools version, gradle wrapper version, disabled com.neenbedankt.android-apt for AndroidStudio v3.x

* Added commons-math3 so now project builds. Fixed versions.

* Updated almost all versions. Build is stable.

* Changed build-tools version for Travis.

* Downgrade of Travis build-tools.

* Fixing .travis.yml

* Changed to android-27, added --licenses to script.

* Package commons-math is now added to gradle buildscript.

* Enabled proguard for debug build - was 65K problem. Added dex count method. Updated build-tools version for gradle and Travis.

* Replaced snapshot gradle-wrapper version to stable, removed org.apache.commons-math dependency because it is never used in project.

* Updated robolectric and robolectric.shadows-support-v4 versions. Now they are different but no dependency conflict. MainActivityTest import fixed.

* Updated realm version. Cleaned up unused code.

* Updated other standard libraries version. Espresso, Powermock and android.support.test:rules, runner should be updated carefully due to broken tests after their versions are changed.

* Realm version update breaks down some tests. Reason: RxJava 2.x needed

* Moved to new gradle-plugin

* Moved wear module to new gradle-plugin also.

* Removed useless @RunWith

* Removed unused imports.

* Excluded io.realm from jacoco test coverage.

* Updated test-rules and test-runner as well as espresso version.

* Changed type argument for ActivityTestRule so some tests pass now.
