merged dummyRotator branch (86559fef1c)

This commit implements:
- A dummy rotator
- support for vertical rotator
- yaesu rotator GS232
- discovery via mDNS
- restructured and cleaned UI components (vue.js)
- application logging now via log instead of fmt
