DOC: Improve scales docstrings

- When the scale overrides the init method, superclass parameters
  come last (strictly after those defined in the init method).
  This makes it clearer that any parameters defined in the init
  methods can be positional.

- Fixed issue with multiple base classes (affected the datetime
  position scales), with redundant documenation of base class
  parameters.

- Changed the `na_value` of color scales from NaN to 'None'.
