chore: Get rid of browser-test script

This lets us get rid of our nightwatch dependency, since it is
actively dispreferred by Sauce and depends on a vulnerable version
of ejs. The README.md instructions for testing are insufficient to
run the browser tests, and our browser tests are low-value at the
moment.
