DEMO: Attacking or restoring a single repo no longer affects others

The backup_repositories and restore_repositories functions in the
demo Director now accept a vin and will apply only to the given
VIN if given one. (If not provided one, they will apply to all
repositories as before.)

This should speed things up a little bit in the demo.
