[EXPERIMENTAL] [ADDED] FileStore encryption

All records (for all stores, server, clients, messages, subs) are
serialized, then encrypted. When reading a record, data is decrypted.
This is different from CryptoStore wrapper that does encryption
only for message payloads.

This branch does not have renewal of nonce when reaching a number
of encrypt calls.
