Add support to get interface of a server (#642)

* Add support to get interface of a server
through a GET on: /v2.1/{tenant_id}/servers/{server_id}/os-interface/{port_id}

* Rename interfaceID to portID in Get request of the attachinterfaces extension.

* Update the Get response code in Nova attachinterfaces extensions.
Nova API only returns 200 status for the GET os-interfaces request.
