interp: try to match bash's backslash handling

The internet wasn't of great help here, so this is purely based on
reverse engineering what Bash does given these test cases. The idea is
that single quotes do nothing, double qoutes get rid of \\\n, and no
quotes join \\ into the following character.

This might need tweaking or further research (by which I mean, more
silly back and forth with Bash) in the future.

Fixes #175.
