Removes Isparta-Loader for now since it was messing up imports. (#1573)

* Removes Isparta-Loader for now since it was messing up imports.

- Adds KO mapping ignore back to init. It was commented out for some
reason.

* Removes doc build from travis. No idea why it was there.

* Moves istanbul reporting to karma.

- Istanbul loader caused issues with running the project, so I moved it
to the Karma config so that it'll only be running with karma.
