Remove unnecessary redraw skips in click handlers

For the table and variable collection views, the only elements worth
clicking already have the appropriate branches within those click
handlers. Therefore, the user doesn't have a reason to click anything
within the view besides those elements. Mithril also doesn't need to
touch the DOM since nothing is changing, so there is no performance
impact even if the user clicks in one of these areas.
