Simplify build scripts

- Due to the simplicity of the library, a commonjs build (/lib via babel) is removed in favor of the umd build (dist/typing-monitor.js).
- Removed pkg.jsnext:main in favor of pkg.module
- Dynamic output file names via package.json
- list files to be included in the package when used as a dependency
