* Added sphinx to the documentation requirements.txt

* Added multi language support for the caesar cipher

* Updated README to include instructions on building the documentation

* Updated docstrings for caesar module

* Updated documentation order to alphabetic rather than by source

* Renamed Caesar to Shift as the module has generalised its application

* Fixing small mistakes in the renaming process
