Options dialog: handle error in button handlers more gracefully

In case of a value error, only show a warning. Wrong user input is
typically the source for this and a warning growl message is less
intrusive than a full error dialog. All other error types are handled by
CATMAID's main error handler. This makes those exceptions handled and
they don't show anymore as unhandled exception.
