[WIP] 41 mocked typography (#112)

* adjusting current file paths to follow new typography folder structure.

* skeleton H1 component. needs styling

* adding a placeholder for a default text color

* skeleton H2 component. needs styling

* reshuffling typography stories

* skeleton H3 component. needs styling

* skeleton h4 component. needs styles

* skeleton h5 component. needs styles

* skeleton H6 component. needs styles

* skeleton H7 component. needs styles

* reshuffling stories to match folder structure

* skeleton P component. needs styling

* updated to a better quote

* updated imports for H1 to use new exports for global typography components 💥

* updated constant for baseFontColor

* some typographic utility functions. not sure these are the right home for these.

* cleaned up theme constants

* updated H1 component styles and structure

* adding correct font weights to header components

* adding context decorator to storybook so that component stories have the context they need to render correctly. Currently this is just the ThemeProvider and FontLoader.

* updated H1 component to use theme fonts. This is a breaking comment as previous system fonts rendered consistantly without issue. The current theme font open sans has issues that will need to be addressed in a future commit.

* adding some default serif fonts

* inital attemt at a body copy component that uses some serif fonts available on... (continued)
