Img offset with pixel ratio (#182)

* Added getPixelRatio function to plot in jquery.flot. Fixed a typo in composeImages. Image offsets are multiplied now with pixelRatio, for a proper positioning.

* Removed getPixelRatio function, because it is used from jquery.flot.js.

* Added a small documentation about getPixelRatio function.

* Improved isValidSource function, to check for null and undefined. This way, composeImages accepts invalid sources.
