Fix UserPassAuthnHandler accepting UserPassCredential subclasses (#3061)

* update SimpleTestUsernamePasswordAuthenticationHandler to extend the common AbstractUsernamePasswordAuthenticationHandler

* add a test validating that RememberMeUsernamePasswordCredential is supported.

* fix AbstractUsernamePasswordAuthenticationHandler so it will accept RememberMeUsernamePasswordCredential
