http: patch according to node version

When node version is >=8.9.0 then both the
"http.request" and "https.request"
modules should be patched.
Else only the "http.request" should be patched.

This solves a bug that have been introduced by the previous commit:
For node versions <8.9.0 the outbound requests were logged two times.
