Add basic structure for a Facebook Instant Article exporter

This currently is just a copy of the HTML exporter as Facebook Instant
Articles are simply a limited and a bit customized version of HTML.

Further commits will then include the FBIA custom elements, like custom
classes, different tag names or special nesting.
