* renamed variables

* added function performing sparse givens rotations

* wrote jw_get_quadratic_hamiltonian_ground_state

* changes to description

* fixed get_ground_state from _sparse_tools

* take opportunity to use swap_rows

* slight optimization

* fiddled with sparse givens rotation

* got particle-conserving case working by fixing givens rotation circuit

* changed csr to csc

* fixed transpose issue

* changed tests to test parallel operations

* removed comment

* got gaussian case working by changing X to Y

* removed print statement

* changed Jordan Wigner ordering

* fixed test

* changed Y back to X because JW ordering fixed

* added tests, removed duplicate code in other tests

* use kronecker_operators from sparse_tools

* added space

* changed Givens rotations to omit phase for real numbers

* also compute ground energy

* added more description to QuadraticHamiltonian

* increased test coverage

* pep8 lint

* added type-checking in get_ground_state

* added tests

* import jw_slater_determinant
