Commit Message

Remove heap allocation, and fix a bug where Sum() was not idempotent

Also fixed a bug where the hash value changed if the input was incrementally fed
into Write().  Added convenience function Sum64() Added a unittest that
demonstrates this problem.

Pull Request Pull Request #3: Implement the Hash64 interface.
