* Fixing two typos

* In MLA8, title is a substitute for name.  Title is quoted in some cases.  The way the sort worked, to compare the names, they were rendered to text and in this substitution case, the quotes generated around the title were then being considered as part of the value for sorting.  So a bibliography generated for sources with authors and sources without weren't being properly alphabetized. 

To resolve this, added a new "sort" format used only when sorting which extends the "text" format such that it does not output these generated quotes.  May be other cases that should be disabled (such as prefix/suffix) but haven't run across those yet.

* Fixed issue with AD/BC handling in dates.
