fix(lib, api): Add a default 404 handler producing JSON when API server is started as standalone ins

Add a 404 handler on order to send a JSON body (instead of HTML) for 404 status codes, only when API
server is launched using API.listen()

BREAKING CHANGE: When server is started using API.launch(), the default 404 handler produces JSON
