  Migrate existing repos when running setup.
  rename cocoapods_dir to home_dir
  Fix some text references to .cocoapods to be .cocoapods/repos

  Move repos_dir to .cocoapods/repos
  [UI] Add copy&paste friendly dependency to descriptions of Pods
