[REMOVAL] Remove Flux ConfigurationManager collection

The core's ConfigurationManager collection works exactly the same now, with just two minor differences in API:

* The getCurrentPageUid() method is not public
* The BackendConfigurationManager is not aware of ContentObjectRenderer

The first is easy to work around in code. The second is redundant since the backend does not by default instanciate any ContentObjectRenderer in the first place.
