Rewrite Pb.display_trees to use Phylo.draw

The trees are sent to a temporary svg file and loaded in web browser.
Requires 'webbrowser', 'matplotlib' (as 'pylab') and 'Bio.Phylo' as
 new dependencies.
This should remove the remaining need for pyqt.
