Update just-added tests for repo CRUD

Make a number of changes to the new test case. Most importantly:

* Make the test case delete all of the repositories that it creates.
* Make the test case be more aggressive about proving that reads
  actually read, updates actually update, and deletes actually delete
* Don't build URLs manually! Instead, use the hrefs returned by Pulp
  when possible.
* Add a test for Pulp issue 3101.
