ENH: add Mantel test visualizer (#156)

Removed `beta_correlation` in favor of the more general `mantel` visualizer, which can operate on any two distance matrices. Use `metadata distance-matrix` to create a distance matrix from a numeric metadata category, which can then be supplied to the new `mantel` visualizer.

Note: a `beta_correlation` pipeline may be added back in the future to essentially combine these two commands.
