Statistics command (#88)

* fix new persons count to reflect changes

* add code for switching browser panel to statistics panel

* add javadoc comment

* add statistics command stub

* fix linter complaint

* add stub for ToggleStatisticsPanelEvent so that panel can be swapped

* add event to trigger toggle of browser and statistics panel

* fix linter errors

* fix breaking test

* add method to fetch all person data for display and analysis in statistics panel

* update changes to statistics panel. StatisticsPanel must now accept an ObservableList of ReadOnlyPerson

* increase timeout tolerance for GuiRobot

* increase timeout tolerance for GuiRobot to 20000

* fix failing test due to GUI Event timeout

* add logic for pie chart to collect number of persons added per year

* fix listing issues
